Then why was I able to play the Battlefield 6 beta and all other EA games without any connection issues?

Something could have changed with your ISP or home network equipment in that time. If we find any issues that could be causing this, we'll make an announcement.

I’m getting tired of spending so much time on the forum reading the same template answers.
So please, give me clear answers to the following questions so I can decide whether to uninstall the game — because playing through a VPN is impossible due to high ping.                                
1️.Why can I connect to absolutely every other game — including other EA titles — except Battlefield 6?                                                        2️.You keep mentioning possible issues with my ISP. Let me say this one last time: there are no issues with my connection and never have been. It has always been stable and static (public). I’ve already sent my traceroute results to the support manager — maybe someone from your technical or network team could review them and identify where the issue is? I still haven’t received any reply.  3️. I’ve contacted EA Support several times about this issue, but my case was never even registered. Why?

Is your Steam ID different than your EA ID? If so, you could try editing your Steam ID so that it matches your EA ID. I've seen some others with a similar issue resolve being able to connect.

Normally, when you can connect over a hotspot, the ISP/equipment is the issue. You're cutting out your normal network at that point. It's possible there is something on their end blocking access to BF6.

Please give me a direct answer to my three questions. This is not a serious approach from your side. The issue is still not resolved.
