Connection server bad and unable to load campaign

Unfortunately the game can’t make connection when starting it. There is a bug, it says: unable to connect to servers, and that’s standard. When pressing retry it works everytime. 

When I want to open my campaign and continue my missions, the loading is terrible. Black screen and after that, it won’t start the mission most of the time. What an error, it’s really anoying! Paid for it and the game just works very bad. My network is perfect. Checked it all possible ways.
