Cant play game. Get error

Im not able to get very far into playing BF6 before I get the following error:

Security Violation

EA AntiCheat has detected an incompatible driver. Please update or disable
'c:\windows\system32\drivers\msio64.sys' and restart. (119)

---------------------------

I have no idea what driver this is or what it belongs to. The system path is too vague to figure it out. Ive gotten this error before the game loaded, before i got off the title screen, while in a match ~30s in. It's inconsistant when it happens but it happens 100% of the time. The game ran just fine yesterday.  Ive tried to delete the file and windows tells me i need admin rights to proceed. I accept and it tells me that I cant delete it. I also tried renaming it to _msio64.sys & msio64.old.sys but i cant change the name of it either. 

I have a Ryzen 7 3700X, 32GB RAM, RTX 2080, Win 10

    I've tried to disable the driver, discovered it wasn't running, renamed the driver anyway...

    Still get the error.

    I was able to rename the file if you add .old to the end of the file name so .sys.old

    observation bf6 has loaded a frame rate counter I have not seen before.

    been away for a few days and I'm no longer allowed to play?

    as has been mentioned those files are RGB related.

    I have files in a folder - some crude attempts to remove them later - they are ASUS and corsair Icue programs/drivers.

    stop a second. 

    BF6 thinks we are cheating for having RGB ram?

    a) updated icue. still not working.

    b) as above extended file name with .old, seems to be good. but i cant shift the overlay, it doesnt seem to be thje one from bf6 itself.

    c) the overlay is from razor cortex. this may help
