Connection time out bug

I'm at a complete loss here I cannot play this game right now. Two days ago it was fine but now I'm stuck with this infinite bug of I am timed out no matter what I do. I see this bug is a thing on PC and there's a few things to do. My issue is I'm on Xbox and none of those solutions are possible from my end. There's no support in game for this and no support outside of this game for help. If I can't get it to work by the end of the night it's gonna be a refund for me.  I'm sorry I didn't spend 70 bucks to watch a bug on my screen. For reference I've uninstalled this game completely from my system twice and that's not including the time it automatically uninstalled itself five minutes after I installed it the first time after I died in game with a friend. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled multiplayer in game as well. I've checked all possible connections for my Internet and I've dealt with anything on my Xbox that could interfere. This is something on EAs end and I have no source to go through.
