Constant Gaming Crashes

Question

MB, the erro I am getting says "DirectX function"GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG("The GPU will not respond to more commands"), GPU: "AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT", Driver: 25.12.1

(25.10.37.01-251128a-196283C-AMD-Software-Adrenaline-Edition). This error is usually caused by the graphics driver crashing; try installing the latest drivers.

My drivers are fully updated, and the crashes are too frequent to play consistently. pls help. Also if the pixel crashing is for another reason, I would love to know why. Thank you again in advance.

HonduranWhiteBat​ the pixel crashing looks like VRAM memory errors on the graphics card.Try downclocking the memory clock frequency in MSI Afterburner by -300MHz.If still crashing then downclock the core clock frequency by -300MHz also.https://www.msi.com/Landing/afterburner/graphics-cardsIf I don't reply to your post then personal message me.
