Constant packet loss after latest update

Playing on PC on Steam. It's occurred in a past update and makes the game basically unplayable due top everything seeming to be in slow motion. I'm using a wired connection and I know for a fact that it's not my internet speeds. Anything I can do to fix this? Any help would be much appreciated!
