Constant rubberbanding and server lag

After the update that released a couple days ago. ive been getting the yellow connection bar in the corner and have been rubberbanding randomly and teleport or my charachter will start moving side to side. It says i only have like 40 ping but with that i should be able to play the game. wonder whats going on?
