Content issue when playing in Battlefield 6 REDSEC Battle Royale

Hello.

I’m writing about a bug/bug or whatever else you want to call it.

The point is that while playing in REDSEC Battle Royale mode, I haven’t been able to pick up weapons from any of these types of drops for a long time.

A friend I play with has never experienced such a problem even once, as well as other players I was on a team with, I saw that they received weapons without the slightest problem.

I would ask you to look into the matter with some reasonably specific feedback on what I can do or try to fix it.

I'm asking for help, I've been struggling with this problem for a long time, and you can't count on the internal support of EA support, because every time I report a problem or reply back to an email, they send me back to another topic or write something like - "We helped, enjoy, thank you and leave us alone).
