CPU Usage

After the most recent patch, my CPU utilization on both my computers (RTX4060 with a I7-14650HX and RTX3060 (12GB) with a I7-12700F respectively) has skyrocketed from approximately 60~80% at most to upwards of 140%. I don't know if it's some kind of new bug DICE has introduced, since my settings are mid-range to maybe high-mid-range. Matches take forever to load, textures don't load for a good 10 seconds, and I don't even have background operations that should be eating up the CPU utilization. I verified file integrity through Steam, so that isn't the problem. I'm actually going to go insane trying to fix this **bleep** thing (●◡●). If anyone knows anything or has tips, please help. I love this game, even with its many problems and bugs, but I can't enjoy it if the match and textures won't load for a solid 10 minutes.

Known to not be an issue:
VRAM
RAM
SSD transfer speed
FPS is high, so that's fine
Settings aren't insanely high
