Crashes

I am contacting you because I am facing a severe and ongoing issue when playing both FC 26 and Battlefield 6. The games launch successfully, but after approximately 5–10 minutes of gameplay, they crash to desktop immediately without showing any error message. This happens consistently every single time I try to play.

This issue started recently and I have spent a lot of time trying to fix it myself, but nothing has worked. I cannot progress or enjoy the games at all. Here is everything I have already tried: Software & Game Troubleshooting: Reinstalled both FC 26 and Battlefield 6 multiple times Repaired/Verified game files through EA App Reinstalled EA App Updated Windows to the latest version Updated GPU drivers to the latest version Disabled overlays (Steam Overlay, Discord Overlay, NVIDIA GeForce Experience, etc.) Cleared EA App cache Disabled background apps and unnecessary startup programs System Troubleshooting: Full clean format of my PC and reinstallation of Windows Checked RAM and SSD health Disabled overclock  Tested with different display and graphic settings Checked temperature, everything is normal Tried both DX11 / DX12 modes  Despite all of this effort, the crash issue still continues without any improvement.

its From the game right  ?

  • EA Anti-Cheat or EA App service instability

Both FC 26 and BF6 use the same EA Anti-Cheat system.

When that service fails mid-session, it force-closes the game instantly with no crash dialog.

EA App runtime / authentication token error--

Sometimes the EA App loses its background connection to your account while a game is running, causing an instant return to desktop.

DirectX or Frostbite shared runtime issue

EA titles use shared DirectX components and Visual C++ libraries. If those are corrupted or mismatched, it can crash multiple EA games the same way.

    - Edit - Because both EA games crash the same way while all your other games run fine, this is almost certainly an EA Anti-Cheat or EA App runtime problem, not your hardware or Windows setup. I'm not 100% sure on fixing it but if you cant, gather your Windows Event Viewer logs (look for “Faulting module EAAntiCheat.GameService” or “EAApp.exe”) something like that and submit them to EA Help that’s what EA support will need to escalate the issue.
