Crossplay not working between PS5 and Xbox after latest patch

Hello EA Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well. We’ve encountered an issue with crossplay since the most recent patch. I’m playing on PS5, and I’m trying to play together with friends who are on Xbox. Before the patch, crossplay worked perfectly fine. However, after the update, whenever we form a party and try to start a match, we’re unable to do so — every game mode shows a lock icon and won’t let us proceed. We have already tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including restarting the game and even reinstalling it, but the problem persists. Crossplay is enabled on all systems. Could you please look into this or let us know if there’s a known issue or additional step required to fix it? Thank you for your time and assistance.
