Every time the matchmaker finds a match the game black screens for a few seconds and closes, at first this was only happening with REDSEC but now it happens when joining any type of gamemode.I posted about this on the steam forums already, an EA staff member told me to post on here with my DXDiag but I have no idea what that is or where to find it.
I'm on a 5070Ti and a 5700X3D

Im having the same issue, except my game will black screen for a bit and then send me back to the menu with the message "your session timed out from inactivity, and you've been disconnected". Its not my wifi or my xbox because every other multiplayer game I play on my xbox works fine. Definitely an issue on battlefields side, an issue thats been going on for days might I add. Hope they fix it soon. I didn't buy this game to just stare at the main menu every night 😅
It'd be nice to get some help, considering I spent over 80€ on this game and the product is effectively defunct.
I've tried everything I can think of, except reformatting my Windows install SSD, my install is only about a year old so there shouldn't be anything wrong with it
please help :)
