Dark characters

Today I turned on the game and the characters in the menu are dark. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

I have same issue on my PC😢
I'm gonna try recompile shader cache tonight.

PC specs:
i7-10700 CPU
RTX 3070 8GB VRAM
DDR4 3200Mhz 32GB RAM
B460M  motherboard
700W power supply
Nvidia driver and BIOS updated latest release

    I found a solution :) It's a setting for global lighting. worldrender.lighttilecspathenable 0 in user.cfg . Just change 0 to 1 and the characters will look normal.
