BF6 Season 3 Pro Pass Pre Order – Tier Skips applied to wrong Season 2

 Causul gamer here was basically forced to buy the Battlefield Pro to get to the end of the Season 2. After completing all the weekly challenges and bonus challenges I was on Woodland Rangers Tier 20. Got the Battlepass Pro and it moved me to Prestige Tier 1. I should have been given Prestige Tier 10. Is anyone else still having this problem not getting all the stuff you was supposed to get for the Battlefield Pro?

Same thing happened to me bought it to finish the rest of the paths off but it didn't skip any tiers for me. I'm on PC

Same here, I was on level 91/110 I bought the half price skips to finish the pass before season 3

Bought 3x 10 tier skips and then 2x 5 tier skips, it took me to level 100/110 and used all the skips.

It completed the first prestige but not the second.

Can't see where the rest of the tier skips are.

Cost 2900 coins all in, basically theft.

Dang that bites. I hope this post starts getting traction and they make things right. 

I had this... I'm in tier 102/110 I bought a tier skip today and it didn't give me the bf coin but it deducted it

Same thing happened to me tried to skip and nothing bought 1 10 tier then 2 5 tier and nothing. With support talking rn

Similar to other commenters, I bought the 5 tier skip while at 103/110. BFCs just vanish and I get nothing. If someone from the dev team or player feedback teams sees this, under no circumstances do I want this to just be kicked to the next pass. I dont want a skip on pass 3. I want my money back. Simple as.

I purchased through steam via PayPal and seems EA arnt willing to sort it out, only see 1 x 10 tier skip been used,  so I've just made a charge back from PayPal, also made an report to Steam.

If it causes an account ban they so be it, but tbh if they can't see the tier skips I purchased then they can't ban for it right?
