DICE have a word with EA about customer problem solving...
I am now up to 30 back and forth messages on my case about missing content I PAID for. It is very obvious that the AI is hallucinating... keep in mind that I have reporting missing content. The latest response message below is as follows. BTW I have NEVER once mentioned Twitch (I don't even have a Twitch account) in any of my messages...
