Did Not Receive Season 2 Compensation Despite Pre-Ordering Phantom Edition
Hello everyone,
I would like to share my issue in hopes of getting clarification or help from the team or other players who experienced the same situation.
I pre-ordered Battlefield 6 and also purchased the Phantom Edition. I was one of the affected players during the game’s launch on the EA app.
According to official statements from the developers, affected Phantom Edition players were supposed to receive compensation, which included access to Season 2.
However, in my case, I only received an XP Boost as compensation, and I have not received Season 2 on my account until now.
I have seen multiple mentions that the compensation should include Season 2, which makes this situation confusing—especially since my account is marked as having received the “final round of compensation.”
I have attached a screenshot of my game interface showing that I do not have access to Season 2.
I would appreciate it if the team could clarify this issue and let me know if there is any action I need to take to receive the compensation I am entitled to.
