Did not receive unlocks from Season 2 Battle Pass

Hello, 

this issue has already been reported, but I have been told by an agent on EA Support that I should open new thread... 

I bought Battle Pass for Season 2 after i completed all the tiers (on 7.5.2026) and I did not receive single unlock or coin. I have already contacted Support 3 times, I have been told twice that the team is already working on this issue, now the agent responded with this: 

"This is something that can not be fixed on live chat, I am reporting this issue as possible bug and if we receive more similar cases we will report them to the team and once the team recognize the issue they will fix it."

So, what am I supposed to do? To be honest, this really ruins my experience of game that I already paid for... And since I'm seeing people missing stuff even from Season 1, I dont have much hope left.
