Didn't know battlepass skip doesn't work on Prestige pass.
Sorry EA, I should have read the discribtion of the battlepass tier skip. I didn't notice that the skip does not apply to the prestige pass. I thought the skip was bugging and I bought it twice. C...
Hi, sorry to hear you ran into this.
Tier Skips can stack, so you’ll be able to use them in future seasons. If your Tier Skips can’t be applied right away, they’ll be held for you and then applied to the next eligible progression path based on the schedule. For example, if the next eligible path is a Bonus Path, they’ll apply there. If it’s the next season, they’ll apply to that instead.
On the other hand, if you’d like to request a return of the BFC, the best next step would be to contact our Support team so they can check whether that may be possible. I do want to be transparent, though, that another player previously told me their request was declined.
