Didn't receive the 10 BP skips even though I paid for it.
The issue is that I paid the 750 points to skip the last 10 battlepass levels but I didn't receive them. I restarted the game and the problem still wasn't fixed. Pls fix this issue.

Same here, but for 5 tier skips, also restarted pc and game, even played a few matches to see if they showed up in the post-game battle pass tab, nothing...
No option to redeem in the battle pass tab, will be really irritating if I don't get these. I spent the 400 coins knowing I'd get 200 back anyway for the final reward. No play time left for me before season 4 now.
This also happened to me. I had 12 Tiers left. I bought a 10 tier skip for 750 Coins. I got 2 tiers only. Prestige Tiers didn't pop. I went back in and got another 10 tier skips for another 750 coins. These also didn't give me the 10 needed for Prestige Tiers. So i spent 1500 coins and only got 2 out of 20 skips i purchased.
I contacted EA HELP and the team there couldn't do anything for me. All purchases are final. They said that the Tier Skips cannot be used on "Prestige" Tier and they also do not carry over to Season 4. So I was essentially scammed. Nowhere in the fine print or where the skips were purchased mentioned that they cannot be used on prestige tier. They will not refund coins the coins. They need to fix this in Ui and in store to avoid scamming people.
Seriously? How can they get away with that?! Literally a scam. I'll stop playing if I don't get my tiers or coins back like. Disgusting.
