DirectX crashing

The entire Steam and EA support are flooded with comments about errors and game crashes with DirectX ( DirectX Function m_submitFencePlat) People paid 70 euros and are now left guessing like they're reading tarot cards to figure out how to solve this issue. I would understand if there were only 100 people like that, but it's already in the thousands.. Can EA provide an official comment on this, or should people ask for refunds?

Same for 4 days. With DLSS on crashes are more frequent than without it. Game runs smooth and then dies.

Here is mine
Reinstalling the drivers, clearing the cache or adding -dx11 in the launch options didnot work

downloading early driver worked for me. i have amd and downloaded this amd-software-adrenalin-edition-25.10.13.02-win10-win11-june5. try older one for nvidia too. now 7+ hours without crash
