DirectX GetiDeviceRemoved Reason: Can you just make game that works?

My drivers are up to date. Why do I get that error? Can EA make a game that works? 

The f!cking Bot on the support page is of no help at all btw.

Also, sometimes I just get tabbed out of the game for no reason. Also help me with that.
