Hello mate, I messaged you but not sure even that worked! Anyway...just wanted to say...I'm on Xbox and I've been having this for over a week now. Just tried it 2 mins ago to see if it has been fixed...it hasn't it's disgraceful tbh. Have you had any luck because as it stands this game is unusable. I can't get on multiplayer, none of the socials are working at all and it constantly crashes with the same unknown error code that you are getting 🤦🏻♂️

Only thing that works for me is pull power cord out for 2 minutes then hold power button for 10 seconds then after that plug it back up and turn on. Works every time for me. But it only a temporary fix.
Worked for me yesterday. Don’t like to have to do this every time though.
