I keep on getting error code 0:141003S:52004S what exactly does this mean and how do I fix this problem up? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I play mine on Xbox every day but this is what I have to do. Unplug the power cord out the back of console. Leave it unplugged for 2 minutes. Then after 2 minutes I hold the power button in on console for 10 seconds. After that I plug the power cord back into console and turn it on. Works for me every time. But works for one session till restart. Im on wifi.
