Does EA even care about keeping its customers? Do we want to fix BF6?

I have posted as well as others about the game crashing their pc's with no assistance, no phone number or true tech support to speak to and we only get random guides that have no bearing on how to fix it. I have over 600 hours playing this game and it sucks to have a patch break a game and no recourse on fixing it. Its been 2 weeks + since the patch. We would like to see something stating EA is aware and looking to correct this.
