Download Speed

Trying to update the game on EA app and it's taking forever. I tried looking up suggestions and still going slow. The app doesn't show me the option to select unlimited download speed, only a limit download speed as kb/s. I tried repairing the game and that's going slow also.  I have high speed internet and I don't know what to do
