DXGI Crashes

Battlefield 6 – Random Crashes (DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED)

Specs:
- i7-7700 | GTX 1080 Ti | 16 GB RAM | Windows 10

Issue:
Game crashes randomly with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED.
Sometimes after a few minutes, sometimes after hours.
GPU temps are normal (~65 °C).

What I’ve tried:
- Clean driver reinstall (DDU)
- Reinstalled the game
- Disabled all overlays (Discord, GeForce Experience)
- Undervolt 875 mV @ 1770 MHz (no real difference)
- ReBAR on/off – no change
- Other games stable (no DXGI errors)

Network issues:
Frequent latency spikes and packet loss.
Sometimes placed on South American servers despite being in EU (Sweden).

Summary:
Seems related to Battlefield 6 client or VRAM handling, not hardware.
Many players with newer GPUs report same issue.

Suggestions:
- Confirm if VRAM or driver issues are being investigated
- Option to lock matchmaking to EU servers
- Consider “low VRAM mode” for 11 GB GPUs
