DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG and DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED

Question

Game is crashing constantly with the errors DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG and DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED. It's become specially unbearable with the latest update.
The commonly suggested fixes (Update drivers, rollback drivers, DDU, verify install) didnt have any impact. DxDiag is attached.

Even after a full windows and game reinstall, the&nbsp;issue persists -_-
