DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG error, both BF6 and 2142

This has been a problem that's plagued me with both 2142 and BF6.  I have no problem with any other non-EA game.  It's totally random.  Sometimes it happens as BF6 is loading (I've uninstalled 214...

try to disable every VRR setting, in windows and Nvidia

or maybe give the hotfix driver 581.94 a try
