same issue occurring for me with RX 7600 and i5-12400f.
Tried:
1. Re-installing drivers.
2. Tone down the GPU clock speed.
3. Changed drive of game files and check integrity.
4. Graphics settings mesh to low.
5. AMD anti lag disabled.
Nothing works.Please post a solution if you find any.
