DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED or DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG again and again and again

Why does this game keep crashing and why is EA SILENT, I've been crashing since launch some days ok some days its every game I crash with device hung, I have tried every trick in the book from every suggestion across the web, I am really curious as to why they have not even acknowledged this is a major issue I would have to imagine its effecting the average player base enough they have lost thousands of players? I only purchased battle pass for season two because after the update I would only crash like once every few hours, started it back up the next day and boom crash every **bleep** time, does anyone at least have a clue as to what the causation is? Game engine sure but what is specifically the cause, 2042 did not have this issue for me, same hardware, I did see on one post that EA claimed it was caused from a background program failing, does anyone know what type of program they talking about? Is this a background program of theirs or mine? Or does anyone know anything? I really held back a ton of cussing and belittling because I do love the game but WTAF EA??????????????
