DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED or DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

Hey, folks

I poked around and saw a few more players having the same issue on Steam as well - Steam Link. If you can, please provide the following for us:

  • EA ID/Steam ID
  • OS installed:
  • OS Version
  • GPU: 
  • GPU Version
  • Date/time issue occurred?
  • Summarize your bug:
  • What type of issue do you have? Crash - Disconnect - kicked to main menu, etc.
  • In which mode has this happened? MP - Campaign - if MP, which part?
  • Any other errors when they happen?
  • Crash the entire game, or just pops up the error?
  • Is this during a specific mission or during a cut-scene?
  • Can you attach a DxDiag?

Date/time issue occurred? 10/12/2025 3:01PM EST

Summarize your bug: Was playing game w/ no issues for about an 1.5hrs then it hung and crashed to desktop revealing the DX Error

What type of issue do you have? Crash 

In which mode has this happened? Escalation

Any other errors when they happen? AMD Driver Crash

Crash the entire game, or just pops up the error? Entire Game

Is this during a specific mission or during a cut-scene? During Multiplayer Gameplay

Can you attach a DX Diag? See attached
