EA ID/Steam ID - ID SteaM 76561198118283840 / OS installed Windows 10 / OS Version 22H2 / GPU AMD RX 5700 XT / GPU Version: / Date/time issue occurred: 12/10/2025 - 20:20 BRT / Summarize your bug: im in game, and suddently the screens turns black, 1 or 2 minutes later de screens back normal, but the game was closed, when I tried to open, this message shows up / What type of issue do you have? Crash with black screen / In which mode has this happened? Multiplayer - conquest / Any other errors when they happen - yes, all the time happens "miss keyboard actions", like: Im running pressing "W", and my character stops, I have to release W and then press again.
