DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED or DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

Hey, folks

I poked around and saw a few more players having the same issue on Steam as well - Steam Link. If you can, please provide the following for us:

  • EA ID/Steam ID
  • OS installed:
  • OS Version
  • GPU: 
  • GPU Version
  • Date/time issue occurred?
  • Summarize your bug:
  • What type of issue do you have? Crash - Disconnect - kicked to main menu, etc.
  • In which mode has this happened? MP - Campaign - if MP, which part?
  • Any other errors when they happen?
  • Crash the entire game, or just pops up the error?
  • Is this during a specific mission or during a cut-scene?
  • Can you attach a DxDiag?

OS installed: Win 10 Pro

OS Version: Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.6456)

GPU:  RTX 3080 10 GB

GPU Version: currently 581.57 but it also happened on 581.42 

Date/time issue occurred? at least once a day since release and a few times during the beta too

What type of issue do you have? Crash

In which mode has this happened? MP 

Crash the entire game, or just pops up the error? the entire game
