Could we please receive an update regarding the ongoing issue? It's deeply concerning that there has been no communication, neither an acknowledgment in the patch notes nor any indication that the bug is being addressed.
This issue has rendered BF6 completely unplayable for certain players for the past 4–5 days, while other titles remain unaffected. At a minimum, we need a status update and clear guidance on refund options. It's unacceptable to have paid for a product that is currently unusable, with no transparency or support from the team.
We understand this launch is massive and that there are many areas demanding attention. However, surely an issue that prevents players from even launching the game—now affecting many for 4–5 days warrants a direct response. Between Steam and the EA forums, there are well over 1,000 comments highlighting this bug, yet there’s been no acknowledgement in the patch notes or any official update.
worst thing is that a lot of people are already outside the refund window while only trying to fix this game...
