OS Version: Windows 11 Pro

GPU: Asus Proart 4080 Super

GPU Driver: 581.57

Date/Time the issue occurred: 10.29.25 at 8:30pm

Brief summary of your bug: game froze, then crashed giving the device hung error. 

Type of issue: Game freezes, then crashes. 

Mode where it occurred & Map: All modes

Any other errors: DX12 error, device hung, and device removed.
