Are you still trying something? Just get a refund. If you bought it through Steam, you’re lucky — Valve’s policy allows you to get your money back. Don’t waste your time; they knew about this problem since the beta, and in 4 months they haven’t done anything about it. Don’t bother with this nonsense.
