Battlefield 6 Will Not Launch on PC After Season 3 Update

Hello, I faced the same issue. If you created a user.cfg file, remove it then it will successfully start. before doing this, I repair the files and remove and reinstall the game but it didnt work.

Hi, thanks for the advice, but I've never used those files before. I thought maybe I should download REDSEC and Single Campaign again, but that didn't help either.

Can you run the EasyAntiCheat Updater, then launch it again? If you encounter any actual errors, let us know as well. If the game crashes, there should be a crash log of why, or something is corrupted as ewren2508​ stated. Also, reset your host file.

One issue has been the ProvSave files in the Documents folder. I would delete those too.

Unfortunately, none of the suggested solutions helped.

I tried:

• verifying files
• reinstalling the game
• repairing Easy Anti-Cheat
• resetting the HOSTS file
• deleting the Documents/ProvSave files

The game still closes immediately after the anti-cheat splash screen without any error message.

Everything worked perfectly fine before the Season 3 update.
