So I'm hoping not to jinx it, but here are the setting I've been using for 3 or 4 days with only one crash, and that was a full crash of my whole PC, not the DX crash. I do notice my GPU fan going kind of nuts at times, but this workaround (not solution) has been the only one that has any effect:
TdrDdiDelay: 64 (Hex)
TdrDelay: 64 (Hex)
TdrLevel: 64 (Hex)
These are way higher than anyone else posted, but nothing has burst into flames yet...

Sorry man, I know it sucks. I used to delete the shader cache before every single start up and that also helped.
C:\Users\%userdata%\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\DXCache

Thanks, I will try this, I have an AMD gpu so \Local\AMD\DXCache
