EA email verification on BF6

EA is asking me to verify my account all of a sudden on an email I haven’t used since I was like 13 I’m 22 now and I can’t play battlefield 6 without me verifying the account is there any way to work around this without having to spend $60 again and make a new account

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.

The steps on this page would typically help you update that information, but since you no longer have access to the email itself it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.

I'm having problem in ea asking for verification code on my ps5 but haven't received any while I'm on my email and keep requesting for new code but none has been received, what should I do?
