As i mentioned, have you tried reinstalling windows and the game fresh? I have had no issues ever since switching to nvidia.
And you can look through the comments here. They are mainly amd user.
Didnt solve issue for me. I installed BF6 to freshly installed windows with all drivers, FW updates and BIOS update installed.
Well obviously its not going to solve the issue for you. Your using AMD. I have built many computers my self too. Either way what worked for me might not work for other. But facts are facts. Most people here complaining on the thread are AMD user.

Update the motherboard bios, the drivers to 25 10 1 and the chipset to 7.06
If you done the statistics from this thread and numbers are backing up your theory then i have no reason to not to believe you. I too build PCs for my friends no need to explain about HW combinations problems. FYI i have a laptop with 4070 with the same problem. just saying.
