EA account, login emial change, not working.

Hello, I have a question for you. I can log in to my EA account, but the system sends a verification code to my email address, which doesn't work. Google deleted my email address because it hasn't been used for a long time. How can I change the email address so I can freely navigate my account? so l cat do anythink in my account. how turn off this verification, or how change my emial?.
