EA account still not showing my Phantom edition purchase even after 6 months!
Good afteroon all.
I wondered if anyone else has had this issue.
I pre ordred the Phantom Edition of Battlefield 6 not once but twice! The first attempt failed but i was unaware. The second pre order went through fine.
When I looked in my EA App it states that I just have the regular edition of Battlefield and not the one I paid for.
I have contacted EA's virtual assistants on four occasions and have gone around in circle which is so frustration. They have not been able to recitfy my issue. If I pay for a product I expect to get it in full. I have missed out on all the bonuses that can with the pre order including a free battlepass, I have none of the Phantom edition content either.
I have been through all the fixes and reinstalls but nothing has worked. At EA's end on there system I have been marked down as just purcashing the standard edition but I have screen shots of my purchase.
If anyone at EA can help I would appricate it.
