EA App launch day bug (compensation issue). Still not fixed. Again.
So.
Like many other players, I also encountered this bug.
I purchased the Phantom Edition via EA App, pre-downloaded the game, and launched it on release day - but I received the following message:
And this was despite the fact that I couldn’t even get into the Portal. I tried several times, but after the level loading screen, I was instantly kicked back to the main menu.
As we know, EA officially stated that all players affected by this bug would receive compensation:
On October 13th, I opened my first ticket on EA Help regarding this issue.
Some time later, I was told that all players affected by the bug had already received compensation and that the problem was considered resolved. Of course, I did not receive any compensation.
After that, my EA Help ticket was closed.
I contacted EA Help a few times later. Have "No Fix Available" status on another case to this day.
However, despite this, on November 21st another group of players still received compensation. And once again, I was not among them - even though I had already contacted EA Help about this issue earlier and provided all the screenshots from the in-game menu showing that the compensation was missing.

What should I do? And how can I finally receive the promised compensation?
