EA javalin Anticheat encountered an error (8)(109)

I bought a game a few days ago, and when I tried to open it for the first time, I got stuck on the loading screen with the message: "Starting Javelin Anti-Cheat..." 

My PC Specifications:
Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1255U, 2600 MHz
Memory: 16GB
Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 10.0.26200 Build 26200
Graphics Card: Radeon RX 7600M XT

What I have tried so far:
Installed the game via Steam under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common.
Performed a game integrity check.
Installed the latest "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable."
Reinstalled Battlefield 6 (BF6).
Run "BF.exe" as an administrator.
Run "EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe" as an administrator.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
