Not sure if it will help here but what helped me is to go to steam app location and launch "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 6\bf6.exe" file as administrator

First time it prompts you to launch weird EA app you confirm and it fails.

But on second try it asks if you want to launch Javelin anti cheat.

After clicking yes it will launch game.

Minus you have to do it every single time you restart PC. Quite annoying for sure.
