Enemy recognition

I have the problem that all the enemy soldiers have stealth and I am dayglow. I can be the smallest silhouette possible and soldiers see me from extreme distance but when try to fire back or ping the area nothing identifies. Soon as I die shows me guy standing in the Open in middle of the street. I have done everything possible to change this situation and nothing helps. I game would be fun if I was allowed to play it. But I go into every battle as nothing more than a target of opportunity. I score points by watching my team die then firing into that area. All enemies identify when in vehicle or when using drone but not while I am on foot. I have made so many adjustments oto the game there aren't any options left. Needless to say this sucks. There is no solo option in the game which I would like to use because the other players don't deserve to lose because I am on their team. They want realistic then as a real soldier let me ask them if I am actively searching an area and something suspicious arises do they think I am just going to stand there with my dork hanging out each and every time
