Eratic Ping

SInce updating Battlefield today, my Ping has gone from a consistent, 19-21, it's now bouncing between 30-90. 

My internet is fine, I've Unplugged my router, I've reset my PC, I've flushed my DNS, I've repaired the game files.

Didn't fix anything, in fact it probably made it worse.
