Erroneous Permanent Ban + EA Help Website is Broken (Case Creation Failed)

Hi everyone, and hopefully an EA Community Manager can see this.

I am writing this out of sheer frustration. Recently, my EA account was permanently banned for "Gameplay Enhancement" on Battlefield 6. I am completely blindsided and 100% certain this is a false positive by the automated anti-cheat system.

Here is my exact situation:

  1. Total Playtime: Only about 9 hours in total.
  2. Play Period: I played briefly around October 2025, and only played a tiny bit this May 2026.
  3. Game Mode: I have ONLY played the offline single-player Campaign. I have never once touched multiplayer. I have all my Steam achievements related to multiplayer completely locked, which clearly proves I have zero history in online matches.
  4. Cheats/Trainers: I have never used any trainers, macros, or third-party software.

The most maddening part is that I cannot even submit an official appeal. Every single time I try to fill out the webform on EA Help, I get the error message: "We ran into an issue creating your case. Please try again in a few hours." It has been doing this repeatedly.

I even sent an email to ea@e.ea.com back on May 18th, but as expected, I have received absolutely no response.

I am a legitimate customer who bought the game fairly through Steam. How can I be permanently banned for "Gameplay Enhancement" when I have only played 9 hours of single-player campaign?

How can I get in touch with a real human at the Terms of Service team when the official support website refuses to create a case? If any CM or user knows a workaround or can escalate this broken case system, please help.

Please note that I used an AI translator (GPT) to write this post in English as it is not my native language. There might be minor phrasing issues, but I hope my situation and the facts are delivered clearly. I sincerely request a proper manual review of my case.

Thank you.

    Hi KR_Mr_Moon ,

Sorry to hear you’ve been dealing with this. I can understand why that would be incredibly frustrating, especially when you feel the case itself is wrong and the support form is also failing on top of that.

Unfortunately, ban cases can’t be reviewed or escalated from the forums. The appeal route still needs to go through the Terms of Service process. Appeals are normally handled through Penalty History, and if that isn’t working for you, the fallback is to use the webform instead.

Since you’re running into the “issue creating your case” error, a few things may be worth trying before submitting again:

    • Clear your browser cookies/cache
    • Try a different browser or an incognito/private window
    • Temporarily disable extensions, ad blockers, or auto-translate tools
    • Go through the EA Account Help Hub and click Contact us at the bottom of the page instead of relying on the same form path again

If you do get the form through, include the details you mentioned as clearly and briefly as possible, especially that you only played campaign, have no multiplayer achievements unlocked, and that the site was previously failing to create the case.

Sorry again you’re in this position, and thank you for taking the time to explain it so clearly.
