Error Code 0:66003S:4688822970:0B & server error

Got a brand new PC, and loaded up steam, EA, etc . When to play BF, which in trying to get into the game i got the subject line error.  I checked online and found some things to try, of which removing/ejecting some USB devices helped.

Once i was actually able to get into BF6 and started playing, i noticed on the bottom right side i was getting another error (game still played) of : "Error, server unavailable [DiceOlineError_ServerDetailsNotFound] [84003S:17450738580]

hoping for some help, as i cant actually open a ticket to ask for help, all gives is the horrible AI chat bot
