Error code 1:86001S:89001S:146004S:3C:-13561655840

I keep getting Error code 1:86001S:89001S:146004S:3C:-13561655840 on my Son’s Xbox account.  He just downloaded it today and it won’t work.  I am able to load into the game fine with my account on his Xbox, but his won’t work.  Is there a resolution to fix this?
